Fill the Wagon with Coats & Toys for Kids drive will be sponsored by the 22nd Police District of Philadelphia.

Gary Barbera is supporting Fill the Wagon with Coats & Toys for Kids drive by donating as many unwrapped fun toys and cozy warm coats as he can. This event will take place on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 21, 2019 at the 22nd Police District.

As the holidays have wrapped up, and your ready to clear out the clutter or just want to spread cheer to less fortunate local families, stop by and the 22nd Police District and drop off unwrapped toys and coats. This giveaway will allow underprivileged kids in the Philadelphia  area to stay warm and put a smile on their faces. The sizes range from infants to kids ages 13 years old.

In addition to providing coats and toys for the kids of Philadelphia, this event is sponsored by the 22nd Police District, and their hope is it will help to bridge the gap between the Community and Police Officers.

Barbera saw this opportunity as a great way to help the children in his community and is a perfect fit with his “Barbera Cares” program. “Kids in the Philly area need coats to stay warm and toys to keep their spirits up during these cold winter months,” said Barbera. “My team and I are happy we can help underprivileged families in the area in any way that we can, and I encourage others to come out and donate.”
